Sauna
Every sauna reservation is for a private 30-minute session. The space is yours to enjoy alone or share.
Our sauna fits 2 people with room to stretch out, 3 - 4 comfortably seated, and 1-2 additional guests can be accommodated upon request.
While your sauna reservation is always private, it’s meant to be a space to bring connection and build community. Invite other registered guests to join you, make it a ritual, share your sauna packs. The more you sauna together, the more value you get from each session.
A note on sharing:
Sauna packs and memberships are owned by one person and are non-transferable. As the owner of the sauna credit, you must be present during the reservation.
Sauna Etiquette & Guidelines:
Always sit on a towel. Every guest must have a towel between their body and the sauna bench at all times. Bring your own or purchase one at the front.
Your sauna session is private. Clothing is optional within your group; however, please know that the sauna has a glass front and is in an open, coed area.
Respect shared space. Be mindful of others when using the changing area, keep noise to a minimum.
Sauna use is for 18+ only.
No Sauna use during pregnancy. We love our pregnant mamas, but for safety reasons, we cannot allow it.
Honor your reservation time. Please enter and exit within your designated reservation window.
Listen to your body. Exit the sauna if you feel dizzy, light-headed, nausea, or generally unwell.
Hydrate well. Always hydrate well before, during and after your session.
No food, alcohol, glass or outside substances.
Keep it clean. Please don’t bring oils, lotions, scented products, etc into the sauna as it can permanently damage the sauna.
Only water on the sauna rocks. Use the provided ladle and only pour clean water directly onto the rocks, avoiding the heating elements. If rocks need adjusting, never attempt to do so yourself, alert a staff member.
Leave sauna maintenance to us. Sauna stones naturally shift over time, if any appear to be close to falling, or the coils need covering, alert a staff member.
Phone use is prohibited in the sauna and changing areas. This helps ensure the privacy and safety of all guests.
