$5 Dollar Community Yoga for Everyone

Ronnie's $5 class is a wonderful entry point.

Anyone can step on the mat and begin their yoga journey. If you’ve already been practicing a long time, you will benefit from more advanced offerings during the class.

Based on Iyengar-style slow and precise movement, this class mindfully explores the muscles, mind and attitude needed to stretch.

Extra proceeds for this class are donated to a local cause.

All of the downtown area is metered parking, some being coin operated only (bring your quarters!). You can travel further outside of the immediate downtown area and find unmetered parking.

The Commercial Street Parking lot is large, and accepts cards and payments via an app.

The Spring Street Parking is free, but small. 

We do not have dedicated bike racks at the studio, but there are racks scattered around downtown including some near the York St. and Commercial St. intersection!
